Hey reader! Many times in our life our plans do not prosper. We our left a season that often reminds us how life doesn’t always go as we planned. But in those moments, remember: God’s ways are not our ways.

Let’s reflect on Exodus 13:17(NIV):“When Pharaoh let the people go, God did not lead them on the road through the Philistine country, though that was shorter. For God said, ‘If they face war, they might change their minds and return to Egypt.’”

This verse is a powerful reminder of God’s wisdom and guidance. Sometimes the shortest path isn’t the best one. God, in His infinite understanding, knows what battles we’re ready for and protects us from challenges that could overwhelm us.

Maybe you feel like God is taking you the long way right now. Know this: He’s equipping you, strengthening you, and giving you time to grow. He knows you intimately—your strengths, your weaknesses, and your potential. Trust that His timing and direction are perfect.

Remember, you are not forgotten. When God created you, He had a specific plan for your life. He designed you to be a gift to this world, reflecting His glory and love.

So today, take heart. Trust God’s way, even if it feels longer or harder. His path leads to growth, victory, and ultimately, His perfect will for your life.

Trust God—He knows what He’s doing.
